I've created some products in my Shopify store, but it's been an hour, and I still can't find them in the app. Why?

New Shopify products are automatically created in the app based on the product creation settings. If you don’t see the products, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the All Products section in the app and check if the newly created products are listed there.
  2. If the products are not listed, you need to manually import them into the app. Navigate to the Import Products section in the app and initiate the import process.
  3. Please note that there are no longer any product import limits, so you can import as many products as needed, regardless of your current plan. Once the products are imported, make sure to assign them to a profile for proper management.
