You need to click on Settings and then Order Management. Then deactivate “Manage orders from the app”. Then you can manage orders from your Shopify store.

This sometimes happens due to the slow response of the API. If the shipment status is not automatically synced, you can click on the “Order” section of the app and then click the “Send Order” button to sync the shipment status with Kaufland.
