I would like to downgrade my subscription. How to do so?

You can proceed with the downgrade only if the current plan's publish limit does not exceed the limit allowed in the plan you wish to switch to.


Here are the steps to initiate the downgrade process:


  1. Navigate to the main menu and select the "Pricing Plan" tab.
  2. From the sub-menu, choose "App's Subscription Plan."
  3. A new page will open. Click on the button named 'Choose Plan' associated with the plan you intend to move to.
  4. You will be redirected to Shopify, where you'll need to approve the changes.
  5. Once approved, the downgrade will be completed.
