Installation and Setup

Whether you're expanding your sales channels or stepping into the world of TikTok Shop for the first time, the CedCommerce Connector for TikTok Shop makes integration seamless. Follow the steps below to download, install, and connect the plugin to your WooCommerce store.

Step 1: Install the TikTok Shop Plugin on Your WooCommerce Store

  1. Log in to your WooCommerce store’s admin panel.
  2. Navigate to the Plugins section in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on Add Plugin.
  4. In the search bar, type CedCommerce Connector for TikTok Shop.
  5. Locate the plugin and click Install Now.
  6. Once the installation is complete, click Activate.

After activation, you’ll see a new CedCommerce menu option on the left sidebar.
  1. Hover over CedCommerce and select TikTok Shop from the dropdown. 

Step 2: Connect the Plugin to Your TikTok Shop Account

  1. On the TikTok Shop plugin page, click on the plugin. Select the country of operation for your TikTok Shop account.

  1. Click on Connect App.
  2. You’ll be redirected to the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  3. Your TikTok Shop account will be automatically detected and linked to the CedCommerce plugin.
  4. Click on Authorise to grant permission for CedCommerce to manage your TikTok Shop operations.
CedCommerce only accesses the necessary data required to sync your store and manage your listings, orders, and inventory.
  1. Once authorized, your TikTok Shop will be successfully connected to the plugin.

Step 3: Choose a Suitable Plan

  1. After a successful connection, you will be redirected to the pricing plan page.
  2. Browse through the available plans and select the one that best suits your business needs.
Each plan is tailored to support sellers at different stages—from getting started to scaling across multiple regions.
  1. Complete the plan selection, and your setup is done!

You’ve now installed the plugin, connected your TikTok Shop, and selected your plan. You’re ready to begin syncing products, managing orders, and driving sales—all from one centralized place.
