Introduction to Fulfilled by TikTok

You can choose to fulfil your orders through TikTok. Fulfillment by TikTok Shop manages the entire process from storage to the shipment of products. 
The following columns are available in this section: 

  1. All: You can have an overview of all the orders of Fulfilled by TikTok 
  2. To Ship: Orders that have been selected for Fulfilled by TikTok but are yet to be shipped are included in this section. 
  3. Shipped: Orders that have been selected for Fulfilled by TikTok and are successfully shipped are included in this section.
  4. Completed: Orders that have been successfully delivered to the end customers are included in this section.
  5. Pending: The orders which customers can cancel without the your approval are included in this section. In other words, Once a customer pay for a order, the order remains in pending status for one hour after which it moves to To Ship status. 
  6. Canceled: The orders that are canceled either by the customer or the by you, and have not been shipped are included in this section.


Shipping Labels: You can manage and print your purchased shipping labels and recreate rejected shipping levels as will in this section.
