Introduction to Returns and Refunds Management
The Return and Refund section of the Connector presents a complete overview of orders returned to the seller and payment refunded by him to the customers, along with all the related information and their real-time status.
Returns and Refunds Grid:
- All: All the returns and refund requests that buyers place on TikTok Shop are fetched to the app and created under this tab.
- Aftersale Applying: When a return is initiated by the customer, the orders fall under this status.
- Aftersale Reject Application: A return order shows up under this tab when the seller rejects the refund for the product.
- Aftersale Returning: When the product falls under the category of “return and refund,” it is visible under “Aftersale Returning” status.
- Aftersale Buyer Shipped: When the product falls under the category of “return and refund,” and the customer has shipped the return order, it shows under this section.
- Aftersale Seller Reject Receive: When the buyer has returned the product for a refund, but the returned product is rejected by the seller, it shows under this section.
- Aftersale success: If a returned product is rejected by the seller and the buyer raises a request for arbitration or reissue of refund, the seller has to verify the request. If the request is found valid and the seller accepts the product refund, the order falls under the “Aftersale Success” section.
- Closed: If a returned product is rejected by the seller and the buyer raises a request for arbitration or reissue of refund, the seller has to verify the request. Upon verification, if the buyer again rejects the product refund, the order falls under the “Closed” section.
- Complete: Once the return is accepted and the refund is issued, it is reflected under this status.
Sync Returns:
You can use this option to synchronize the order return status between TikTok Shop and the connector module. This effectively performs a bulk order return status sync, aligning the status of your Etsy order returns with their corresponding statuses on TikTok Shop.
