To view the Fruugo Knowledge Base
  1. Go to the Magento Admin panel.
  2. On the top navigation bar, move the cursor over the Fruugo menu, and then point to the Extras menu. The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

3. Click Fruugo Knowledgebase/Support. The page appears as shown in the following figure:


Displays the link to help the Magento Store owners to raise a ticket and get the queries resolved if required.
Also, they can send an e-mail or contact CedCommerce through Skype.
