The Listings section gives you full control over how your products appear on SHEIN. This is where you’ll publish, edit, manage, or track listing statuses, all in one place.
Whether you're launching new SKUs or updating existing ones, this section helps you keep your SHEIN catalog in sync with your Shopify store efficiently.
Where to Find It
From your Sales Channel dashboard left-hand side navigation menu, select ‘Listings’.
What You See in the Listings Table
Here’s a breakdown of each column you’ll encounter, and what it means:
You can also refresh the brands for your products to fetch any latest product brands from Shopify by clicking on the ‘Refresh Brands List’ as shown below:
Product Listing Tabs (Filters)
At the top of your listings page, you’ll find filter tabs to segment products for better management:
Check Listings Frequently: Keep an eye on updates or sync errors, especially after bulk uploads.
Use Templates Smartly: If you sell similar items (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies), reuse templates to save time.
Update Inventory Promptly: Keep SHEIN stock in sync to avoid overselling or customer dissatisfaction.
Use Clear Naming for Templates: Makes product mapping and listing tracking easier when scaling.
Want to push hundreds of products with speed and accuracy? Group them using Shopify tags, collections, or vendor names, then apply templates in bulk using rule-based product assignment. This avoids repetitive manual steps and ensures better control over listings.
You can easily update SHEIN-specific product details in bulk using the Export and Import options in the app. Click on ‘Bulk updated products’ as shown below:
Start by choosing the products and attributes you want to update. This exports a CSV you can edit offline.
Choose Which Products to Export:
Current Page: Export only the products visible on the current screen.
All Products: Export your full product list.
Selected Products: If you've manually selected a few products, only those will be exported.
Choose Which SHEIN Attributes to Update:
Package Settings: Update packaging dimensions (Length, Width, Height in cm) and weight (in g). Allowed range:
Dimensions: 0.01 cm – 270.00 cm
Weight: 0.01 g – 80000.00 g
Product Title: Update the SHEIN-specific product name.
Product Description: Modify the listing description for your SHEIN customers.
Once the CSV file is downloaded:
Open it in any spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
Make your changes only in the selected fields.
Save it in .csv format.
Only .csv files are accepted.
Once uploaded, your changes will reflect across both the app and your Shopify store (where applicable).
Use this option to bring your Shopify catalog into the SHEIN Sales Channel app. Your products are automatically imported once you onboard the app. If you want to import new Shopify products to the app, click on the ‘Import products from Shopify’ button.
