Manage Products

The Manage Products section allows you to manage products imported from your Shopify store, edit product information, set product-level pricing and syncing rules, and upload them directly to your Walmart store through the app. 
Here you will find four grids for the section:
  1. Profiled Products: The products that are already assigned to a profile and are accepted by Walmart for sale on the marketplace are included in this section. 
  2. Not Profiled Products: This section will only be visible if you have not created a profile for a product. 
  3. Not in App: This section includes products that have been imported from Shopify but have not yet been assigned to a profile. 

Profiled Products' Grid:

The grid includes the following sections: 
  1. Images: You can view the images of the product, which will be visible to the shoppers at Walmart. 
  2. Title: The name of the product, as stated by you, will be visible under this head. 
  3. Status: Whether the product is uploaded or not on Walmart will be visible under this section. 
  4. Profile Name: The profile under which the product has been assigned will be in this section. 
  5. Setup by Match: This feature helps Walmart add your new product as an additional product in the already present listings.
  6. Action: The tab lets you view and edit the product details on Walmart. You can also rectify any errors that occurred or set up match products. 

View Action: 
  1. Click on the View option under the Action tab.
  2. On the page that opens, you can review the product details for Walmart and Shopify. 
Edit Action: 
  1. Click on the Edit option under the Action tab.
  2. On the page that opens, you can edit the following product details:
    1. Basic: You can edit the basic product details in this section, including the Product title, description, vendor name, and profile name of the product. 
    2. Category & Attributes: You can add and edit the attributes for variant products. 
    3. Shipping Details: Details related to the shipping and warehouse of the products are available here for easy access and editing. 
    4. Product Syncing: You can sync product info from the Shopify store to the app. 
    5. Variants: You can get a complete overview of variant products in this section. 
You also get an expansion icon next to each Product, which will give you details about the product variants.


Upon clicking on the icon, you will get: 
  1. The variants of the product available for sale on Walmart.
  2. You can also disable/enable a product variant as per your business requirements. 
  3. Next, you can view the inventory available for each variant product.
  4. The price of each variant to be uploaded to Walmart is visible in the next section. 
  5. You can view the distinct barcode of each variant product. 
  6. The next field includes an error, which is the reason behind the failed product upload on Walmart and its quick resolution. 
  7. The status of each product variant on Walmart is visible in this section. 
  8. If this is a set-up-by-match product, the details of that are included here.
  9. Lastly, you can edit the product variant detail through the action tab available next to each variant.

Apart from this, you can also sync the products with your Shopify store in real-time with the Sync Shopify icon available on the page.


Next, you can also click on the More Action button to Export errors and products from the app to your Walmart store and Import products with just a click.


You can also alter the grid and add filters to customize the grid as per your requirements. 


Bulk Actions: 

To help you streamline your operations without any trouble, the app allows you to perform bulk actions on the products. 
  1. All you have to do is select the products from the grid on which you want to perform bulk actions. 
  2. Click on the dropdown menu and select the action you wish to perform. 

The following actions are available in the bulk dropdown menu:
  1. Shopify Actions: You can select and sync your products and inventory with your Shopify store. 
  2. Walmart Actions:
    1. Upload Product: You can directly upload all the selected products to the Walmart marketplace with this action. 
    2. Update Product Status: You can sync the current status of the products from the Walmart marketplace to the app. 
    3. Retire Product: You can select this option for the products that you wish to stop selling on Walmart.
    4. Update Price:  You can select this option to update the prices of the products on Walmart.
    5. Update Inventory: You can select this option to update the inventory of the products. 
    6. Shipping Template Map: Map and manage your shipping templates across all the selected products at once. 
    7. Upload Lag Time:  

Not Profiled Products’ Grid:  

The grid includes the following sections:
  1. Images: You can view the images of the product, which will be visible to the shoppers on Walmart. 
  2. Title: The name of the product, as stated by you, will be visible under this head. 
  3. Product Type: 
  4. Status: Whether the product is uploaded or not on Walmart will be visible under this section
  5. Setup by Match: This feature helps Walmart add your new product as an additional product in the already present listings.
  6. Action: You can get a complete overview of the product through the action tab.

You also get an expansion icon next to each Product, which will give you details about the product variants. Upon clicking on the icon, you will get: 
  1. The variants of the product available for sale on Walmart.
  2. Next, you can view the inventory available for each variant product.
  3. The price of each variant to be uploaded to Walmart is visible in the next section. 
  4. You can view the distinct barcode of each variant product. 
  5. The next field includes an error, which is the reason behind the failed product upload on Walmart and its quick resolution. 
  6. The status of each product variant on Walmart is visible in this section.

Apart from this, you can auto-assign products to a Profile.

You can also sync the real-time status of products with Shopify through the app. 

Next, you can click on the More Action tab to export grid data to the Shopify store and update the SKU status in real-time based on the updated Shopify SKU.


You can also alter the grid and add filters to customize the grid as per your requirements.

  1. All you have to do is select the products from the grid on which you want to perform bulk actions. 
  2. With this option, you can assign products in bulk to a profile and upload them to Walmart.

The grid for Not In App Products and WFS Products is similar to the above.
