Managing Refunds

The Refund section of CedCommerce TikTok Shop Connector presents a complete overview of orders returned to the sellers and payments refunded by them to the customers, along with all the related information and their real-time status. 

Refunds Statuses: 

All the products for which a refund request has been raised by the customers are included in this section. You can find the following statuses in the section:
  1. All: You can have an overview of all the refund orders raised by buyers
  2. Request Pending: Orders for which refund requests are pending and you have not reviewed/taken any action on them are included in this section. 
  4. Request Rejected: The orders for which buyers have raised a refund request, but the refund for the same is rejected by you are included in this section. 
  5. Request Completed: The orders for which a refund request is accepted and a refund is issued successfully are included in this section.


Refunds Page Grid: 

  1. Refund Order ID: TikTok assigns a separate refund order ID to every product that a buyer returns. The same is reflected here. 
  2. Order ID: The original order ID of the product is reflected in this section. 
  3. Created On
  4. Return Reason: The reason for returning the product and requesting a refund for a product is visible under this section. 
  5. Return Status:  The status of the refund request is reflected in this section. 
  6. Actions: You can view Refund details under this tab.
