Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce

For New Sellers: 

1. Install the TikTok Shop Connector by CedCommerce

1. Go to the platform app store. 
   
2. Shopify 
3. BigCommerce
   
4. Click on Install.
5. Once the installation is complete, you will be redirected to the onboarding page. 
   

1. Visit your WordPress store.
2. Click on Install Now.
3. Click on Activate.
4. Now, you will find CedCommerce in the left-hand menu on the dashboard.
5. Click on CedCommerce, on the page that opens, click on TikTok Shop.
6. Once the installation is complete, you will be redirected to the onboarding page. 
   

2. Connect TikTok Shops with CedCommerce Connector

1. Select the country of operations for your TikTok Shop account.
   
2. US 
3. Outside US: - UK
   - Germany
   - France
   - Italy
   - Ireland
   - Spain
4. Click on “Connect App.”

1. You’ll be redirected to the TikTok Shop Seller Center.  
2. Here, select the Region of operation of your TikTok Shop. 
   

1. You can select and connect all your Shops (available in the selected region). 
   

1. Click on Confirm to Install. 
2. Your TikTok Shop Account will be automatically linked to the App. 
3. Click on Authorise to allow CedCommerce TikTok Shop to manage your Shop operations.
   

1. Upon successful authorization, your Shop is ready to be used with the app.
2. You can view the details of all the connected Shops with the app. 
   

1. You can add more accounts, associated with different regions, as well. 
   

1. Add your account details, and your Shop will be connected with the app. 
   

For Existing Sellers: 

1. Click on your account tab at the top-right corner of the dashboard. 
   

1. In the dropdown that opens, click on Add Account.
   

1. Now, select the Region of operation of your TikTok Shop
   

1. You will be redirected to the TikTok Shop Seller Center. 
2. Follow the same steps as mentioned above, and your Shop will successfully be connected to the app. 
   

PrestaShop

For New Sellers: 

1. Connect TikTok Shop with the connector module

After successfully connecting your PrestaShop store with the connector, the next step is to link your TikTok Shop Account. Here's how you can do it:

1. Select the region of operation of your TikTok Shop.

1. Click on Connect. 
2. After connecting, you will be redirected to the TikTok Shop seller center. 
3. Here, select the Region of operation of your TikTok Shop.
   

1. You can select and connect all your Shops (available in the selected region). 
   

1. Click on Confirm to Install. 
2. Your TikTok Shop Account will be automatically linked to the App. 
3. Click on Authorise to allow CedCommerce TikTok Shop to manage your Shop operations.
   

1. Upon successful authorization, your Shop is ready to be used with the app.
2. You can view the details of all the connected Shops with the app. 
3. You can also connect more Shops with the app through the Configuration.
   

For Existing Seller: 

1. Go to the Configuration section.
2. Here, go to the Account Information section. 
3. Click on Add Account, and follow all the steps mentioned above to connect new Shops to the app.
