My products show an error as "Variants are not mapped." How can I fix this error?
The "Variants are not mapped" error occurs when the variation attributes are not properly mapped between Shopify and Etsy. To resolve this issue and upload your variations to Etsy, follow these steps:
- Edit the Profile to which the product belongs and navigate to the "Variation Mapping" section.
- Map the Shopify attributes (e.g., Color, Size) with their respective Etsy attributes (e.g., Color with Color, Size with Size).
- Save the profile.
- Go to the "All Products" tab and search for the product with missing variations.
- Select the product, choose "Update Price & Inventory" from the bulk actions, and click "Submit."
This will ensure the variations are successfully uploaded to Etsy.
