The Notification Settings section in the app allows you to customize how and when you receive email alerts. Whether you want to stay updated on critical events or reduce email interruptions, these settings provide full control over your notifications.

Email Notifications

1. Alert for Exceeding Order Limit

  • Receive an email notification when your order limit reaches 50% or 90% of the allocated quota.

  • This proactive alert system helps prevent order processing disruptions by ensuring you are aware of your remaining limit.

  • Applies to all Amazon-connected accounts, giving you a complete overview of your business activity.

2. Failed Order Sync with Shopify

  • Get notified if an Amazon order fails to sync with Shopify.

  • This alert helps you quickly resolve issues that may prevent orders from being processed correctly.

3. Failed Refund Order Sync

  • Receive email notifications when a refund fails to sync between Amazon and Shopify.

  • Stay informed about any refund discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.

4. Failed Canceled Order Sync

  • Be instantly notified if a canceled order fails to sync between Amazon and Shopify.

  • This allows you to promptly fix any issues and maintain accurate order records across platforms.

By configuring these notifications, you can ensure smooth operations while staying informed about essential updates without unnecessary disruptions.
