You can perform up to three actions for individual or bulk orders: Ship Order, Create on Shopify, and Etsy Order Status Sync.
To proceed with shipping an order, click on the Ship Order option, select your shipping carrier, and enter the tracking ID.
Save to confirm.
To create an order on Shopify, click on Create on Shopify, and the app will automatically generate the order. You can then view it in your order dashboard.
If you choose to sync the Etsy order status, you can view the updated status in the Activities section once the upload and sync are complete.
You can also sort orders by Etsy Order ID or Shopify name to easily find specific orders, streamlining your order management process.
The Fetch Order action allows you to manually retrieve orders from Etsy into your Shopify store. You can either fetch a single order or multiple orders in bulk.
Fetch Single Order
This feature allows you to manually fetch and create a specific order in the app if it wasn’t automatically retrieved due to technical issues. Once the order is fetched, it follows the same flow: the app will automatically create it on Shopify, sync inventory, and update shipment details on Etsy once the order is shipped.
To use this feature, click on the Fetch Single Order button. You’ll be prompted to enter the Etsy order receipt ID. After entering the ID, click Confirm, and the app will fetch the order into your Shopify dashboard.
Fetch Multiple Orders
The Fetch Order option helps you manually retrieve multiple orders for a specified time period if they weren’t fetched automatically. Once fetched, the orders follow the same process: they are created on Shopify, inventory is synced, and shipment details are automatically updated on Etsy once shipped.
When you click on the Fetch Order button, a calendar pop-up appears. You can choose from predefined time ranges or select a custom date range on the calendar. After selecting the desired time range, click Apply, and the app will fetch all orders from Etsy within that period.
These actions ensure smooth order management and minimize the chance of missed orders, keeping your workflow efficient and up-to-date.
When you click on an Order ID, you will see comprehensive details about the order, including the order's status, the products purchased, and their costs such as shipping and tax.
You can view the total amount paid, any discounts applied, and the total quantity of items ordered. Additionally, customer details like the name, email, and shipping address will be shown, along with tracking information if available.
If the order is a gift, or if the buyer has left a message or requested a refund, these details will also appear on the screen.
Similarly, you can view its Shopify details as well in a screen attached below.
