The Order Section provides a centralized platform for managing Temu orders within your PrestaShop store. This section allows you to track order statuses, view customer details, and take necessary actions to ensure smooth order processing.
How It Works
Whenever you receive an order on Temu, it will automatically sync with the app.
Orders are fetched into your PrestaShop store in near real-time.
Once you fulfill the order, update the tracking details in your PrestaShop store, and the same information will be synced with Temu, marking the order as fulfilled.
The integration allows you to sync failed orders (due to any reason).
Automatically updates previously synced order statuses in near real time.
Cancelled orders will not be synced to maintain consistency between Temu and your PrestaShop store.
Shipped: The order has been shipped, and tracking details are updated.
Unshipped: The order has been created but hasn’t been marked as shipped yet by the seller.
Created: The order has been successfully created and synced between Temu and PrestaShop.
Failed: The order failed to sync or process due to a system or configuration error. Immediate action may be required.
From the top navigation bar, you can easily filter and track orders based on their status, such as created, shipping, unshipped, or failed orders.
