The Order section in the Miravia Shopify Connector gives you a centralized workspace to manage orders from both Miravia and AliExpress directly within your Shopify store. It provides a comprehensive view of order details, customer information, and fulfillment statuses, allowing you to monitor and process orders efficiently.
Orders placed on Miravia or AliExpress are automatically fetched into the connector app.
The synced orders are then created in your Shopify store within approximately 5 minutes.
Once you fulfill an order in Shopify and update its tracking details, these updates are pushed back to Miravia or AliExpress, marking the order as fulfilled on the marketplace.
This bidirectional sync ensures your store and marketplace remain in real-time alignment.
You can also fetch historical orders:
Sync Miravia or AliExpress orders from up to 1 month in the past.
This feature helps when onboarding for the first time or if previous orders were missed during initial setup.
The system automatically updates the status of previously synced orders, maintaining accurate tracking and inventory records.
Cancelled Orders are not synced to Shopify. This helps maintain consistency between your Miravia or AliExpress account and your Shopify store.
From the top bar, you can filter orders based on their current status.
From the connector app:
You can click into any order to view full details, including customer name, shipping address, and payment information.
Edit or update tracking numbers if changes are made after fulfillment.
Resync specific orders if needed by selecting a date range and clicking Sync Orders.
