Order Returns and Refunds

The Return and Refund section of CedCommerce TikTok Shop Connector presents a complete overview of orders returned to the sellers and payments refunded by them to the customers, along with all the related information and their real-time status. To view and manage orders under returns and refunds, simply click on the Returns & Refunds tab on the order page, and you will be redirected to order returns & refunds. 


Returns and Refunds Statuses:

All the products for which a return or refund request has been raised by the customers are included in this section. You can find the following statuses in the section:
  1. All: You can have an overview of all the return/refund orders raised by buyers
  2. Request Pending: Orders for which return/refund requests are pending, and you have not reviewed/taken any action on them, are included in this section. 
  3. Awaiting Buyer Ship: The orders for which a return request is initiated, and you are waiting/arranging for the buyers to ship back the original item before sending out the replacement or refund, are included in this section. 
  4. Request Rejected: The orders for which buyers have raised a refund request, but the refund for the same is rejected by you, are included in this section. 
  5. Buyer Shipped Item: The orders that customers have returned for refund or exchange are included in this section.
  6. Request Completed: The orders for which a refund request is accepted and a refund is issued successfully are included in this section.
  7. Receive Rejected: The orders that are returned by the buyers, but are rejected by you for replacement/refund due to one of the reasons, are included in this section. 
  8. Request Success: The orders that are returned by the buyers, and are accepted by you for replacement/refund due to one of the reasons, are included in this section. 
  9. Request Cancel: The orders for which the buyer has himself cancelled the request for return/refund are included in this section. 

Returns and Refunds Page Grid: 

  1. Shopify Return Order ID: Shopify assigns a separate return order ID to every product that a buyer returns, and is to be included in the Shopify store again as inventory. The same is reflected here.
  2. Return order ID: TikTok assigns a separate return order ID to every product that a buyer returns. The same is reflected here. 
  3. Order ID: The original order ID of the product is reflected in this section. 
  4. Created On
  5. Return Reason: The reason for returning the product and requesting a refund for a product is visible under this section. 
  6. Return Status:  The status of the refund request is reflected in this section. 
  7. Actions: You can select Reject Return Request, Accept Return Request, and View Return & Refund from this tab. 
  1. When you choose Reject Return Request from the action menu, you are required to select the reason for rejection and add an image to prove your reason. Additionally, you can also provide more details if required.
  2. When you choose View Refund, you can view all the information related to the return and refund product, along with its images.
