Set up how your TikTok Shop orders sync with your WooCommerce store so you can manage fulfillment, compliance, and order flow without manual effort.
1. Sync FBT Orders
What this helps you do:
Automatically bring TikTok Fulfilled (FBT) orders into WooCommerce so you have a single place to track and manage all orders.
How to use it:
Enable the toggle to sync FBT orders
Once enabled, all FBT orders from TikTok Shop will be automatically created in your WooCommerce store
When to use this:
Turn this on if you want complete visibility of all orders (including TikTok-handled fulfillment) inside WooCommerce.
2. Manage Syncing of CPF Number
What this helps you do:
Ensure smooth delivery for Brazil-based customers by capturing and syncing the required CPF details for customs clearance.
How to use it:
Enable this option to include CPF details in the order data
The system will sync CPF information wherever required during order processing
When to use this:
Use this if you sell internationally to Brazil and want to avoid shipment delays or failures due to missing CPF data.
3. On-Hold Order Management
What this helps you do:
Control how “on hold” orders (placed under TikTok’s temporary hold period) are handled in your store.
How to use it:
Enable the toggle to manage how these orders appear or behave in WooCommerce. TikTok places orders on hold for ~1 hour post-purchase, allowing buyers to cancel
When to use this:
Enable this if you want better control over order processing and avoid acting on orders that may still be canceled.
a. Sync to WooCommerce after 1 hour (Recommended)
Use this option to avoid unnecessary cancellations and keep your WooCommerce orders clean. Orders are created in WooCommerce only after the 1-hour hold period ends. Only confirmed orders are synced
Choose this if you want to reduce canceled orders and maintain accurate order records.
Choose this option to get instant visibility of new orders in WooCommerce for faster internal processing. Orders are created immediately in WooCommerce. Address details are updated later once TikTok provides them
Opt for this if your operations require immediate order creation, even with partial data.
Use this option to prevent overselling while still avoiding canceled orders in WooCommerce. Inventory is reserved as soon as the order is placed. Order is synced to WooCommerce after the 1-hour hold period
Choose this if you want to protect stock levels while ensuring only confirmed orders appear in WooCommerce.
To comply with tax regulations and ensure accurate VAT calculations on TikTok Shop orders within the EU, the app offers a flexible VAT Settings module. This feature enables sellers to set a global VAT rate or create advanced VAT rules for product-level customization.
How to use it:
Step 1: Enable the VAT Settings: Toggle the VAT Setting switch ON to activate the VAT configuration options.
This enables the system to apply VAT to your TikTok orders based on your selected preferences.
Step 2: Choose VAT Configuration Type:
Option A: Global VAT Setting
- Use this if you wish to apply a single VAT rate across all your products.
- Select Global VAT Setting.
- Enter the Global VAT Rate in the input field (e.g., 20 for 20%).
Optional: Check the box labeled 'Apply VAT to shipping cost' if you want the VAT to be applied to shipping fees.
Option B: Advanced VAT Setting
- Use this if different VAT rates apply to specific product categories or listings.
- Select Advanced VAT Setting.
- Select the attribute with which you wish to filter the products and apply different rates to different products.
- Enter product-specific VAT rates separated by commas (e.g., 20,5,0).
- The system will match applicable VAT rates at the product level when syncing orders from TikTok.
- You can also add the VAT rate for the products that do not match the above criteria set by you.
Optional: Check the box labeled 'Apply VAT to shipping cost' if you want the VAT to be applied to shipping fees.
