Orders Section Overview

CedCommerce TikTok Shop app aims to enhance the selling experience for sellers. With this app, sellers can manage TikTok Shop and Shopify stores from a centralized place to scale their business. It helps save time and effort by automating product and order management.

The end-to-end process of order syncing is automated. Whenever you receive an order on TikTok Shop, you can fetch the order in the app, and it will be created on Shopify after matching the SKU. So you don’t have to worry about going back and forth on multiple apps to receive and manage your orders; you can do it all on a single app.

Order Page Section:

  1. All: All the number of orders uploaded on TikTok Shop will be visible in this section. 
  2. Awaiting Shipment: When an order is received on TikTok Shop and created on the Shopify store, it shows an “Awaiting Shipment” status, meaning no shipping carrier has been allotted yet.
  3. Awaiting Collection: When a seller fulfills the package using “shipped by seller” as the shipping method, the order status will show “Awaiting Collection” before the order is packed and shipped.
  4. Failed: Orders that have failed to be delivered, due to one or more reasons, will reflect in this section.
  5. In Transit: When a seller fulfills the package using “shipped by seller” as the shipping method, the awaiting shipment orders status will change to “In transit” when TikTok Shop receives the tracking information from carriers.
  6. Delivered: Orders that have been successfully delivered at the destination by the carrier are reflected under this section. 
  7. Completed: Once an order is delivered successfully and no return or refund request is raised by the buyer, the status will auto-update to “Completed” within 14 days from the delivery date.
  8. Cancelled: The order placed by a buyer can be cancelled by you or the buyer via the app by providing a proper reason. The status of the same will be updated on TikTok Shop.

Fetch Order:

You can fetch TikTok Shop orders in the app and manage them centrally. To find any new order placed on TikTok Shop, click on “Fetch Order.” Within a few minutes, any new order placed will be reflected in the app and on the Shopify store. 


Order Page Grid:

  1. TTS order ID
  2. Shopify Order ID
  3. Fulfilled By: This will reflect the fulfillment options selected by you during configuration.
  4. Line Items: It will show all the products of a specific TikTok and Shopify order ID. 
  5. Created At
  6. Price
  7. Order Status: It will reflect the information about the status of the orders, as mentioned above.

Filters 

Use Filters to quickly find and manage the orders that need your attention by narrowing results based on specific criteria such as fulfillment type, creation date, order tags, cancellation status, or package ID.

Select the relevant filter options to surface the right set of orders, so you can take timely actions like processing shipments, resolving issues, or tracking order progress more efficiently. 

Use the Tag filter to quickly identify sample or affiliate orders, so you can review and manage them separately from regular orders.



Additionally, you can also create failed orders and sync order shipments for orders in bulk. All you have to do is select the products, in the bulk menu option that appears, and select the action you wish to perform.



Bundle Order Visibility for VCL Products: 

You can now view detailed information for bundle orders directly within your app.
With this enhancement, each bundle order will display:
  1. The Bundle ID
  2. The SKUs of individual products that make up the bundle
This allows for clearer order management, better inventory tracking, and smoother fulfillment.

  1. Go to the Orders section in your app: 
  2. Click on the Bundle order.
  3. On the page that opens, you’ll find the list of SKUs and the Bundle ID for the order. 

This visibility helps you fulfill orders accurately without needing to reference external product or bundle breakdowns.
