How it Works: 

1. Centralized Price Control: The price template consolidates all pricing data, enabling you to modify product prices for Walmart Marketplace directly from the app, rather than updating individual listings.
2. Mapping with Profiles: Each price template must be mapped to the corresponding profile. Profiles group products based on shared attributes like category or inventory source. Mapping ensures that price updates apply only to the correct set of products.
   

1. Updating Prices: After mapping the price template to a profile, use the Update Price option within the Manage Products grid. This action syncs the updated prices with Walmart.com in real-time, ensuring accurate marketplace listings.
   

2. Inventory Template: 

A centralized and efficient way to manage product stock levels for Walmart Marketplace. This feature ensures accurate inventory tracking and helps maintain synchronization between your store and Walmart, minimizing overselling or stockouts.

How to Create a Price Template

2. Upon clicking on the Create Template button and selecting the Price Template option, you will be redirected to the Create Template page. 
3. Here, enter the Name that you wish to assign to this template
4. Next, select the price (Shopify price) that you wish to manage through the app. 
5. Now, select the Shopify price attribute, which is either the Shopify price or the Shopify Compare at Price. 
   
7. Next, add the custom pricing, whether fixed or percentage on your product as per your wish. 
8. Lastly, you can select to round off the prices of your products on Walmart. 

How to Create an Inventory Template

1. Enter the Name that you wish to assign to this template
   
2. Set minimum inventory level under the threshold inventory tab, after which the product will reflect “Out Of Stock” status. This prevents you from overselling.
   
3. For the products that you wish to sell without any stock limitations, you can add a max inventory value. 
   
4. Next, add the Reserve Inventory quantity to put aside your stocks. This reserve acts as a buffer to account for unexpected issues, such as delayed stock replenishment or order cancellations. For example, if you have 100 units of stock and reserve 20 stocks. This means, only 80 stock units are now available to be sold on Walmart.
   

Select the Shopify warehouse that you wish to map with your Walmart warehouse to manage your orders smoothly. You can map multiple Shopify warehouses to your Walmart warehouse.

Once done, click on the Save Template button at the top right corner.

How to Create a Box Dimension Template

2. Enter the Name that you wish to assign to this template.
3. Enter the details about the dimension unit of the box.
4. Enter the details such as length, height, and weight of the box.
5. Click on Save Template.
