CedCommerce TikTok Shop app aims to enhance the selling experience for sellers. With this app, sellers can manage TikTok Shop and WooCommerce stores from a centralized place to scale their business. It helps save time and effort by automating product and order management.
The end-to-end process of order syncing is automated. Whenever you receive an order on TikTok Shop, you can fetch the order in the app, and it will be created on WooCommerce after matching the SKU. So you don’t have to worry about going back and forth on multiple apps to receive and manage your orders; you can do it all on a single app.
Order Page Section:
- All: The total number of orders uploaded on TikTok Shop will be visible in this section.
- Awaiting Shipment: When an order is received on TikTok Shop and created on the WooCommerce store, it shows an “Awaiting Shipment” status, meaning no shipping carrier has been allotted yet.
- Awaiting Collection: When a seller fulfills the package using “shipped by seller” as the shipping method, the order status will show “Awaiting Collection” before the order is packed and shipped.
- Failed: Orders that have failed to be delivered, due to one or more reasons, will reflect in this section.
- In Transit: When a seller fulfills the package using “shipped by seller” as the shipping method, the awaiting shipment orders status will change to “In transit” when TikTok Shop receives the tracking information from carriers.
- Delivered: Orders that have been successfully delivered at the destination by the carrier are reflected under this section.
- Completed: Once an order is delivered successfully and no return or refund request is raised by the buyer, the status will auto-update to “Completed” within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Cancelled: The order placed by a buyer can be cancelled by you or the buyer via the app by providing a proper reason. The status of the same will be updated on TikTok Shop.
- On Hold: The orders that are put on hold during the remorse period of TikTok will be visible under this section.
Fetch Order:
You can fetch TikTok Shop orders in the app and manage them centrally. To find any new order placed on TikTok Shop, click on “Fetch Order.” Within a few minutes, any new order placed will be reflected in the app and on the WooCommerce store.
Order Page Grid:
- TTS order ID
- WooCommerce Order ID
- Fulfilled By: This will reflect the fulfillment options selected by you during configuration.
- Created At
- Price
- Order Status: It will reflect the information about the status of the orders, as mentioned above.
Additionally, you can also create orders and sync order shipments for orders in bulk. All you have to do is select the products, in the bulk menu option that appears, and select the action you wish to perform.
How to Cancel an Order from the App
The order received on TikTok Shop is first fetched on the connector and shows “awaiting shipment” status.
In case the ordered product is out of stock, has a pricing error, or has any other issue, the merchant can cancel it from the connector using the following steps:
- Go to the order section of the app.
- Click on the order that you want to cancel. You will be navigated to the order information page.
- Click on “Cancel” at the top right corner of the page and choose a valid reason from the drop-down menu
- You will get a confirmation message, and the order will be cancelled. The status of the same will be updated on the TikTok Shop.
