The dashboard of our app serves as your central command center for efficiently managing all essential operations related to your Amazon-Shopify channel.
From staying updated on the latest app features to tracking your subscription details, monitoring recent activities, overseeing product status, and handling Amazon orders, the dashboard provides you with a holistic and user-friendly interface to manage your Amazon integration seamlessly.

Key Features of the Dashboard


Multiple Account Selection

  • The top-right corner displays the country of the connected Amazon account. Click "Add new account" to connect another Amazon account to the app.


  • This will lead to a similar account setup process as before; follow the same steps to add another account.

Actions

This section displays the actions we suggest you take for your pending shipments, failed orders, and product errors.

  • Shipments to be done: Lists shipments yet to be dispatched.

  • Order Failure: Identifies orders that failed to sync in Shopify or had issues in the refund process.

  • Product Errors: Highlights issues encountered during listing, attribute mapping, and uploading to Amazon.

Addressing these issues promptly ensures a smooth selling process.

Recent Activities

The Recent Activities section provides real-time updates on your recent actions within the app, ensuring you stay informed about ongoing processes.

  • Track previous activities by clicking the All Activities link.

  • Stay updated on the status of various operations within the app.

Subscription

In this section, you’ll find details of your current subscription status, including:

  • Total number of Orders processed

  • Purchase Date of the Subscription 

  • Next Payment Date

  • Overlimit Usage Details

  • Recommended Plans

  • Access to other available plans by clicking on View all plans.

Products

The Product section provides an overview of all your products and their statuses.

Product Status

This section informs you about the status of your Shopify store products enabled for listing on Amazon through the CedCommerce Amazon Channel.

  • Click on the numerical values to access and manage products under each status category.

  • Navigate to the Listings section by clicking Manage Listing.

Product Linking

This section helps you sync your Shopify products with Amazon listings by providing:

  • A count of successfully linked products.

  • Products that still require linking.

  • Products with close matches, that you can link manually.

If your products are already listed on Amazon, you can manually link them with Shopify, even if they have different barcodes or SKUs.

Account Performance Metrics

The Order Defect Rate (ODR) is a key metric that measures your performance in handling order-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining a lower ODR signifies a reliable and smooth shopping experience for your customers.

The Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) is another key performance metric used by Amazon to measure the percentage of shipped orders that include valid tracking information. It ensures that your customers can track their orders, enhancing their shopping experience and improving seller (your) credibility.

Orders

This section centralizes all your order management tasks:

  • View Shipped, Cancelled, Refund, and Error Orders.

  • Handle Amazon orders that failed to sync with Shopify.

  • Manage refunds and cancellations.

  • Identify and resolve errors related to failed syncing or refund processing.

  • Click on Manage Orders to open the orders dashboard in the settings section.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is a repository of essential app information and functionalities.

  • Organized into sections like Listings, Product Linking, Orders, and Settings.

  • Sub-sections provide in-depth insights for a better understanding of app features.

  • Helps users effectively utilize the app for business operations.

App Guide

The App Guide section offers a collection of video tutorials and troubleshooting tips to enhance your user experience.

  • Ideal for new users seeking guidance.

  • Useful for experienced users resolving specific issues.

  • Provides valuable visual resources to navigate the app efficiently.

You can start any of these tours to learn the process of uploading a single products, or multiple products on  bulk.
