Pick which Shopify warehouses sync inventory to Amazon
If your Shopify store has multiple warehouses (locations), you can choose which ones contribute inventory to your Amazon listings. Stock from unselected warehouses is ignored when syncing to Amazon.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Product Settings → Inventory.
- Find the Manage Warehouses card.
- Toggle it on.
- The card lists every warehouse from your Shopify store. Toggle on the ones you want to use as inventory sources for Amazon, and off the ones to exclude.
- Save.
How it affects sync
- The synced inventory for an Amazon listing is the sum of stock across all enabled warehouses.
- Disabling a warehouse stops it from contributing — its stock won't show on Amazon for any product.
- Adding a new warehouse in Shopify? It appears here automatically; toggle it on if you want it included.
Note
- Settings → Product Settings → Inventory → Manage Warehouses is the only place to control warehouse-level sync — there's no per-product override.
- The footer Last Sync Update timestamp shows when warehouse settings were last applied.
