Price Management
Optimize your pricing strategy with the CedCommerce Amazon Channel App’s Price Settings. Take full control over product pricing by applying discounts, setting business prices, and defining pricing thresholds.
These settings enable you to offer competitive pricing, target specific customer segments, and maintain consistency across sales channels.
Strategic pricing is essential for attracting customers, increasing sales, and staying competitive on Amazon. You can effectively manage pricing across multiple aspects by fine-tuning these settings while ensuring alignment with your business objectives.
Fine-tune your pricing strategy with the Price Round-off Calculator, an essential tool within the CedCommerce Amazon Channel App. This feature enables you to preview how rounding off impacts your product’s base price, allowing you to make data-driven pricing adjustments with confidence.
Small pricing adjustments can have a big impact on customer perception and sales performance. The Price Round-off Calculator helps you experiment with different pricing modifications, analyze their effects, and refine your strategy for the best possible results.
The test calculator assumes a base price of 100 and a global price adjustment of 6 for demonstration.
Select a pricing trend:
Same as Shopify (no change).
Increase (raise the price).
Decrease (lower the price).
Enter a percentage or fixed value to adjust the price. (Example: Increase the base price by 10%.)
Nearest Lower – Rounds down to the nearest whole number.
Nearest Higher – Rounds up to the nearest whole number.
No Rounding – Keeps the price as calculated.
By leveraging the Price Round-off Calculator, you can ensure pricing precision, competitive positioning, and better alignment with your business strategy on Amazon.
The price structure in the CedCommerce Amazon Channel App follows a hierarchical order, ensuring a systematic approach to pricing. Here’s how it works:
Standard Price aka Product Price – This is the base price of the product, which serves as the foundation for all pricing modifications.
Business Price – If you are selling to business customers on Amazon Business, this price is set separately from the standard price to offer exclusive rates for bulk buyers.
Quantity Tiers (1 to 5) – For business customers, you can define up to five tiered discounts based on order quantity. The higher the quantity purchased, the greater the potential discount.
Minimum Price – This is the lowest allowable price for your product. It acts as a safeguard to prevent selling below a set threshold, ensuring profitability.
Toggle price synchronization on or off under Price Settings by selecting “Enable” or “Disable.”
Enabling this feature ensures that your pricing updates are automatically reflected on Amazon, keeping your Shopify and Amazon prices in sync.
Define the baseline price for your products when they are not on sale or subject to discounts.
Choose from the following pricing trends:
