Product Linking Section

The Product Linking section of the app gives you an overview of all the products that are linked or are to be linked with TikTok Shop for easy fulfillment on your BigCommerce store. Linking is crucial to improve order and inventory syncing of the products. It also helps in preventing duplicate SKU listings on TikTok Shop.

The Linking page grid includes the following:

1. Product Title: This includes the title of the product as is visible on the BigCommerce store and TikTok Shop. 
2. TikTok IDs: This includes the ID of the product on TikTok.
3. Linked Type: Whether the category template selection was manual or automated, during the category template selection, is mentioned in this section. 
4. TikTok Status: This includes the status of the product on TikTok. In short, whether a product is live on TikTok or is in the process of being Live.
5. Action: You can click on the Link here to complete the process of product linking.
   

In addition, you can also delete, deactivate, and activate the products in Bulk from here. All you have to do is select the products that you wish to delete/deactivate. In the tab that appears on top for bulk actions, you can select your choice of operation.
