Product Listing Grid


In the product listing grid, each column provides specific information about your products. Here is the overview of each column:

  1. Product Selection checkboxes: These buttons can be used to choose products to apply bulk actions on them.
  2. Image: This section displays the main product image for your item on Etsy
  3. SKU: It denotes the SKU ID for your products in the module. 
  4. Product Title: Under this section, you'll find the title of your product.
  5. Category: It displays the product’s category available on Etsy.
  6. TikTok Shop Product ID: This column will tell you the product ID of the product on TikTok Shop.
  7. Price: It denotes the price of the item.
  8. Quantity: This column provides an overview of available stock across your product variations.
  9. Status: This column will show you the status of the products on TikTok Shop.
  10. Actions: It will have various actions that can be performed on the products, such as editing and viewing.
You can customize the product listing grid for easy access and management by clicking the ‘Customize Grid’ tab visible on the page.



  1. View Products: 

Click the ‘View Products’ tab on the page, which will redirect you to your store page on TikTok Shop. Herein, you will be able to view all the products listed on TikTok Shop.

  1. Sync TikTok Shop Status: 

This option will fetch the current status of the products from the TikTok Shop. To enable this option, click the ‘Start Sync’ button. 

  1. Bulk Upload: 

  1. Go to the “Products” section and click on the “Bulk Upload” tab in the right corner of the app.

  2. A pop-up message will appear with two options, viz., “Choose Category Template” and “TikTok Shop Warehouse.”

  3. Click on the drop-down menu to choose the desired templates and warehouse. Click on upload to proceed.

  1. Import Products: 

Import newly created products from Etsy to TikTok Shop by clicking on the ‘Import Products’ tab. 

  1. Product Sync: 

Sync product information from Etsy to TikTok Shop by clicking on the ‘Initiate Product Sync’ button.
