Product Management

The ‘Products’ section provides a comprehensive view of the products you have synced with the app, allowing you to manage them efficiently.



You can choose to perform the following actions in the products section: 
  1. Check if the product is uploaded or not on Temu by clicking on the Not Uploaded tab. 
  2. Push products to the ‘Publish’ state on Temu. 
  3. Push products to the ‘Active’ state on Temu. 
  4. View and edit product information. 
  5. Check variant product details. 
  6. Delete selected products. 
  7. View product on Shopify. 
  8. Sync product inventory. 

Before we dive into the breakdown of these actions, let’s have a look at some important terms: 
  1. ‘Publish’ products: Your selected products will be sent to Temu for review. 
  2. ‘Active’ products: If your selected products are approved by Temu, they’ll become live and visible to shoppers. 
  3. Deactivate products: Your selected products will be removed from the live state and won’t be accessible to shoppers. 
  4. Sync inventory: Your selected products’ inventory will be synced across Shopify and Temu.

A) View and edit product information

You can edit the product information by clicking on the three dots option. You can edit the product description, category template of the product, images, etc. 






B) Sort and Filter products



You can choose to sort your products as per the following criteria: 
  1. Created on: The date when the product was created
  2. Product Title
  3. Inventory
  4. Oldest or Newest: based on the date of product creation

c) Publish Products on Temu

To publish your products on Temu, do the following: 
  1. Select the products you want to publish on Temu by clicking on the checkbox before the product name. You can also choose bulk products visible on the page by clicking on the same icon beside the ‘image’.


D) Linked Products 

You can also see linked products in the all products section. The linked products have a link chain icon in front of them as shown below: 


E) Sync Inventory 

To sync the inventory of your products, do the following: 
  1. Select your products whose inventory you want to sync across Shopify and Temu.
  2. Click on the ‘Sync Inventory’ button. 

F) Bulk Actions

To perform bulk actions on your products, click on the top most checkbox below 'All' product tab. Once you've selected multiple products, you can choose to do any of the following actions: 
  1. Publish selected products on Temu 
  2. Sync Inventory for selected products across Temu and Shopify 
  3. Activate selected products 
  4. Deactivate selected products
