The ‘Products’ section provides a comprehensive view of the products you have synced with the app, allowing you to manage them efficiently.
You can choose to perform the following actions in the products section:
- Check if the product is uploaded or not on Temu by clicking on the Not Uploaded tab.
- Push products to the ‘Publish’ state on Temu.
- Push products to the ‘Active’ state on Temu.
- View and edit product information.
- Check variant product details.
- Delete selected products.
- View product on Shopify.
- Sync product inventory.
Before we dive into the breakdown of these actions, let’s have a look at some important terms:
- ‘Publish’ products: Your selected products will be sent to Temu for review.
- ‘Active’ products: If your selected products are approved by Temu, they’ll become live and visible to shoppers.
- Deactivate products: Your selected products will be removed from the live state and won’t be accessible to shoppers.
- Sync inventory: Your selected products’ inventory will be synced across Shopify and Temu.
You can edit the product information by clicking on the three dots option. You can edit the product description, category template of the product, images, etc.
B) Sort and Filter products
You can choose to sort your products as per the following criteria:
- Created on: The date when the product was created
- Product Title
- Inventory
- Oldest or Newest: based on the date of product creation
Filter product search:
You can search and filter your results based on the following criteria:
1. Product Status
The "Product Status" dropdown allows users to efficiently filter and manage their product listings based on the following criteria:
- Active: Displays products currently live and available for purchase.
- Inactive: Shows products that are temporarily deactivated or unavailable for sale.
- Incomplete: Lists products with missing information or incomplete configurations that need to be addressed.
- Draft: Filters products saved as drafts but not yet published.
- Deleted: Displays products that have been removed from the catalog.
- Error: Highlights products with errors that need resolution, such as failed uploads or data mismatches.
2. Templates
The Template filter helps you to see products that are ‘unassigned’ or don’t belong to a template.
3. Product Type
This search filter helps you to see products with variations or simple products (ones with no variations). Each product variation can exist on the following criteria: size, color, material, etc.
C) Publish Products on Temu
To publish your products on Temu, do the following:
- Select the products you want to publish on Temu by clicking on the checkbox before the product name. You can also choose bulk products visible on the page by clicking on the same icon beside the ‘image’.
Now click on the ‘Publish on Temu’ button to send your products to Temu for review.
Once your products are approved by Temu, their status will change to ‘Incomplete’ on the integration.
D) Sync inventory
To sync the inventory of your products, do the following:
- Select your products whose inventory you want to sync across Shopify and Temu.
- Click on the ‘Sync Inventory’ button.
E) Activate Products
To activate your products on Temu, do the following:
- Select the products that are approved by Temu and you want them to become active.
- Select three dots beside the ‘Sync Inventory’ button and click on the ‘Activate Products’ button.
- Your products will be now live and visible to shoppers.
F) Deactivate Products
To deactivate selected products on Temu, do the following:
- Select the products you want to deactivate on Temu.
- Click on the three dots beside the ‘Sync Inventory’ button and choose the ‘Deactivate Products’ option.
- The selected products will no longer be live or visible to shoppers.
