Product Settings
The product setting of the app helps you manage and sync products between your Etsy store and TikTok Shop.
You can perform the following functions under this tab:
- Product Custom Pricing: You can set the price rule, i.e., set percentage increase or decrease or fixed price increase and decrease rule. For example, if you want an increase of 10% on all products, choose percentage increment & then write 10%.
- Auto Product Deactivate or Delete: Any product deleted on the Etsy store will also be reflected in the TikTok Shop and will no longer be listed.
Enabling Auto Delete Product means the product will be removed from the app and your TikTok Shop permanently. You will have to upload the product from the start if you wish to sell it again.
Enabling Auto Product Deactivate means the product will be deactivated from your TikTok Shop. You will have to activate it again on the app if you wish to sell it again
- Threshold Inventory: Set minimum inventory level, after which the product will reflect “Out Of Stock” status. This prevents you from overselling.
- Max Inventory: For the products that you wish to sell without any stock limitations, you can add a max inventory value.
- Sync Warehouse: Select a TikTok Shop warehouse linked to your seller account for the uploading of products. You also have the option to refresh and update the list of TikTok Shop warehouses within the app by using the refresh button. You also have the option to create a new warehouse in this section.
