Product Status Section
At the top bar of the section, you can view products based on the following statuses:
- All: It shows the total products in the app, whether they are listed or not listed on TikTok Shop.
- Not Uploaded: Total number of products that are imported to the app from the Etsy shop but still need to be uploaded on TikTok Shop.
- In Progress: The product uploading process is in progress, and soon these products will be listed on TikTok Shop.
- Live: These number of products are live and listed on TikTok Shop.
- Reviewing: These products are under review before going live on TikTok Shop.
- Failed: Products under this category are not uploaded on the TikTok Shop due to some error. These errors can include missing SKUs, product weight, and incorrect or missing images, among others.
- Inactive: Inactive products are the ones that have been deactivated from the app by the merchants.
Search/Filter Products:
It’s easy to find a specific product on the grid when you have limited items, but what if you have 100s or 1000s of products or even more? In that case, you can use the search bar for various fields such as product ID, title & category, etc. to find a specific product or a group of products.
If you want to find products based on particular conditions, utilize the filters. The following filters are available, Category Template, Product Type, Quantity, Price, and Brand.
