Products Section

The Products section of the app provides you with all the information required to sync and manage your products.

You can edit the existing ones in the Products section.

Product Status: 

At the top bar of the section, you can view products based on the following statuses:

1. All: It shows the total products in the app, whether they are listed or not on TikTok Shop.
   
2. Not Uploaded: Total number of products that are imported to the app from the Etsy store but are not yet uploaded on TikTok Shop.
3. In Progress: The product uploading process is in progress, and soon these products will be listed on the TikTok Shop.
4. Live: These products are listed on TikTok Shop and are all set for the customers to buy them.
5. Reviewing: These products are under review before going live on TikTok Shop. 
6. Failed: Products under this category are not uploaded on the TikTok Shop due to some error. These errors can include missing SKUs, product weight, and incorrect or missing images, among others.
7. Inactive: Inactive products are the ones that have been deactivated from the app by the merchant.

Bulk Upload: 

1. Go to the “Products” section and click on the “Bulk Upload” tab in the right corner of the app.
2. A pop-up message will appear with two options, viz., “Choose Category Template” and “TikTok Shop Warehouse.”
3. Click on the drop-down menu to choose the desired templates and warehouse. Click on upload to proceed.
   

Product Grid:

You can view the following sections on the product grid: 

2. Image: This section displays the main product image for your item on TikTok. 
3. Title: The title of the product as is visible on TikTok. 
   
4. Price: The price of the products as is visible on TikTok.
5. Quantity: The number of products that are available for a product is visible under this section.
6. Status: The status of products on TikTok Shop is available in this section.
   
8. Actions: It includes actions that can be performed on the products, such as editing and viewing.
   
   You can customize the product listing grid for easy access and management by clicking the ‘Customize Grid’ tab visible on the page.
