Restrict old FBA orders from being imported into the app

When you first connect Amazon, FBA order sync can pull in years of historical orders — most of which you don't need. Set a time limit so the app only imports FBA orders newer than your cutoff (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year).

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Order Settings → Order.
  2. Find Restrict Old FBA Orders.
  3. Toggle it on.
  4. From the Restrict FBA orders older than dropdown, pick a time period: 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year.
  5. Save.
