Return and Refund Reason Mapping
The Return and Refund section lets you map return and refund reasons between TikTok Shop and Shopify. This helps ensure that return-related data is synced correctly across both platforms and keeps your order and refund records consistent. Return and refund reasons may differ between TikTok Shop and Shopify. By mapping them correctly, you can make sure that:
- Return and refund records stay aligned across both platforms
- Your team can understand the reason behind each return more clearly
- Refund and return workflows remain accurate during sync
- Reporting and order management stay more organized
- Shopify Reasons: Use this dropdown to select the return or refund reason from Shopify.
- TikTok Reasons: Use this dropdown to select the corresponding return or refund reason from TikTok Shop.
- Delete icon: Use the delete icon to remove an existing reason mapping if it is no longer needed.
- New Shop Reason: Click New Shop Reason to add another return or refund reason mapping row. This is useful when you need to map multiple reasons.
