The Review section allows you to manage and interact with product reviews effectively.

Here’s what you need to know:



Product Reviews

  • Fetch Reviews from Etsy: Easily pull in product reviews from your Etsy store, ensuring you have all feedback consolidated in one place.

To filter reviews, simply click on the ratings to view the specific reviews you want.

  • Edit Reviews: You can edit reviews as needed, allowing you to clarify any misunderstandings or update information based on changes to your products.

How to edit a review?

Click on the action button to edit a review to access a pop-up as displayed below:


Edit username or review text and click on save to apply changes.

How to Export Edited Reviews



You can easily transfer your Etsy reviews to your Shopify store by following these steps:

  1. Select the Reviews you want to export (1 or all)

  2. Open the Export Reviews Section:
    Navigate to the Export Etsy Reviews section in the upper right-side.

  3. Download Your Etsy Reviews:

    • Click the Export button to download a CSV file containing your Etsy reviews.

  4. Select Your Shopify Review App:

    • Use the dropdown menu to choose your preferred Shopify product review app, such as Judgeme.

  5. Upload the CSV File:

    • Log in to the selected Shopify product review app.

    • Upload the downloaded CSV file of Etsy reviews.

  6. Review Integration:
    Once uploaded, your Etsy reviews will automatically appear in your Shopify store, enhancing your product pages with customer feedback.

This feature ensures seamless review migration, improving credibility and customer trust on your Shopify store.
