Set a custom inventory for "Continue selling when out of stock" products

When a Shopify product has Continue selling when out of stock enabled, Shopify keeps showing it as available even at 0 stock. The app uses a custom inventory value when syncing those products to Amazon — so they don't push as out-of-stock.

Steps

  1. In the app, go to Settings → Product Settings → Inventory.
  2. Find the Select inventory card.
  3. Toggle it on.
  4. Enter the inventory value to send to Amazon for these products (default is 999).
  5. Save.

Note

  • This value applies only to Shopify products that have Continue selling when out of stock enabled. All other products sync their actual Shopify stock level to Amazon.
  • If the same inventory setting is also applied on a product edit or template edit, priority is: Product Edit → Template Edit → Global Settings.
