When the app auto-links your Shopify products to existing Amazon listings, it matches them by SKU or Barcode. If your products use the same SKU or Barcode across both fulfillment types, you can pick which method (FBA, FBM) and which identifier (SKU, Barcode) the app should try first. This is configured under Sync Product By fulfillment-type on the Product Details sub-tab.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Product Settings → Product Details.
- Scroll to Sync Product By fulfillment-type.
- Toggle on FBA, FBM, or both. (At least one is required — for best results, enable both.)
- For each fulfillment you enable, tick SKU, Barcode, or both as the matching identifiers.
- If you tick both SKU and Barcode, drag-and-drop them to set the priority — the one on top is tried first.
- Save.
How matching works
- Within that fulfillment, it tries the identifier at the top first (SKU or Barcode).
- If no match is found, it falls back to the next identifier and then the next fulfillment type.
Note
At least one fulfillment method (FBA or FBM) must be selected to proceed — the panel shows an error otherwise.
