Handling Time is the number of days you take to process and ship an order after a customer places it on Amazon. The app sends this value with every product listing — Amazon uses it to calculate delivery dates for buyers.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Product Settings → Product Details.
2. Find the Set Handling Time card.
3. Enter the handling time in days (e.g., 1, 2, 3).
4. Save.

Note

• Handling Time is a required field (marked with *). Set it before listing products on Amazon.
• If the same setting is also applied on a product edit or template edit, priority is: Product Edit → Template Edit → Global Settings.
