This section lets you manage how Temu orders are synced and handled inside your Shopify store. Use these settings to customize order naming, control sync timing, and map carrier codes for accurate fulfillment.
Key Settings Explained:
Edit Shopify Order Name (Optional)
→ Add the Temu order ID to your Shopify order names for easier tracking.
→ You can also add a prefix and/or suffix to customize the format.
Example: If the Temu order ID is 1001, a prefix of EN and suffix of -A would display as EN#1001-A in Shopify.
On Hold Order Management
→ Sync order to Shopify after 20 minutes (Recommended) – Waits 20 minutes before sending orders to Shopify to avoid syncing orders that may get canceled. Sends full customer and shipping info.
→ Sync order to Shopify immediately – Sends the order right away but without customer or shipping info (updated later). The billing address can’t be updated.
Note: If you use other apps/systems that don’t update order info from Shopify, the 20-minute delay is recommended.
Reserve Inventory & Sync to Shopify after 20 minutes
→ Blocks stock immediately to prevent overselling. The order is created in Shopify after 20 minutes with full customer and shipping details.
Note: This requires the write_inventory permission. A link is provided to update permissions if needed.
