Manage your key account settings from here.
This tab lets you view and manage your connection with your SHEIN seller account.
Once your SHEIN account is successfully connected, you’ll see your Open Key ID, connection status, and the date/time when your store was authorized.
Connected Status: This means your SHEIN account is live and synced with the app. You’re ready to import products, manage orders, and update listings.
Open Key ID: This is a unique identifier that allows secure access to your SHEIN store.
Authorized On: Timestamp of when your account was last authenticated.
Disconnect: Use this button if you want to temporarily stop syncing your SHEIN account with the app.
Update/Change Account: Use this if your SHEIN Open Key has changed or you want to connect a different SHEIN account.
Follow these steps to update your SHEIN account:
Click the 'Update/Change Account' button.
→ This opens a confirmation modal and redirects you to the SHEIN login portal.
Log in with your new SHEIN (main) seller account credentials.
→ Ensure you're using the correct primary credentials for the account you want to connect.
You'll be redirected back to the app's onboarding flow.
→ Here, the app will begin fetching your products from the newly linked SHEIN account.
Finish the onboarding process.
→ Once complete, your new SHEIN account will be fully integrated with the app, and you can start managing your listings, orders, and inventory.
Use this tab to link your Shopify locations with SHEIN warehouses. This ensures that inventory data stays consistent between both platforms, helping you avoid stock errors and fulfillment delays.
How It Works:
Select a SHEIN Warehouse
→ Use the dropdown to choose the relevant SHEIN warehouse (e.g., U.S.).
Choose Shopify Locations
→ Select the Shopify locations you want to link. Each location’s status is shown:
🟢 Active – Inventory available
🔴 Inactive – No inventory or not in use
Fetch SHEIN Warehouses
→ Click Fetch SHEIN Warehouse(s) if your warehouse list is not showing or needs to be refreshed.
Set Threshold Inventory
→ Enable this option if you want to set a minimum stock level. Orders will only sync when stock is above this threshold. When your products reach this ‘pre-set’ value, they will be shown as out of stock on SHEIN.
You can map multiple Shopify locations to a single SHEIN warehouse.
Any change in this setup may affect how your inventory syncs with SHEIN. Double-check before saving.
Always click Save after making changes.
This section helps you manage how SHEIN orders appear and behave inside your Shopify store. Use the options below to fine-tune your order sync and fulfillment preferences.
Key Settings Explained:
Sync ‘To Be Shipped’ Orders
→ Enable this to sync orders that are marked as ‘To be shipped’ on SHEIN. These orders are confirmed, shipping info is available, and they’re ready for fulfillment.
Modify Shopify Order Name
→ Add SHEIN order IDs to your Shopify order names for easier identification.
→ You can optionally customize the format using a prefix and/or suffix.
Example: If the SHEIN order ID is 1001, a prefix of EN and suffix of -A would result in EN#1001-A.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment by linking your Shopify shipping carriers with SHEIN-approved carriers.
Select the appropriate Shopify carrier from the dropdown or add a new one.
Match it with the correct SHEIN carrier to prevent syncing issues.
Use the delete icon to remove the carriers field.
Click + Add to map more carriers if needed.
This section controls how your Shopify product prices are handled on SHEIN.
You can view your personal details like name, email ID, and Shopify store URL in this tab.
