The Temu Account settings help you manage your connection between the CedCommerce app and your Temu seller account. Here, you can check your access token status, reauthorize your account, or disconnect it when needed.
This section ensures your store data stays in sync for smooth operations.
Your Temu account is connected using an access token. This token allows the app to sync your product listings, inventory, and orders in near real-time.
Mall ID: Displays your Temu seller account ID.
Authorized At: Shows when the current access token was last authorized.
Access Token Status:
A green status means everything is working fine.
A red error indicates your token needs to be updated for continued syncing.
If your access token expires or shows an error, you need to reauthorize to keep syncing your store data.
Click Reauthorize.
Sign in to your Temu Seller Center and generate a new access token.
Confirm authorization to update your account connection.
Note: If you sign in to a different Temu store during reauthorization, your current store will be disconnected. You’ll need to reconnect and complete onboarding for the new Temu store.
If you no longer wish to manage your Temu store via the CedCommerce app, you can disconnect your account.
Before disconnecting, please note:
All your synced product and order data will be permanently deleted from the app.
You won’t be able to sync or manage Temu orders.
Reconnecting later will require resetting your account settings.
Click Disconnect and confirm to remove the connection.
You can personalize Shopify order names by adding a prefix or suffix to the Temu order ID. This helps you easily identify Temu orders in your Shopify admin.
Prefix: Add text before the Temu order ID.
Suffix: Add text after the Temu order ID.
Example:
If the prefix is “EN” and suffix is “-A”, a Temu order ID like 1001 will appear in Shopify as EN#1001-A. This step is optional. You can leave these fields blank if you prefer not to customize order names.
Temu automatically holds new orders for 20 minutes to allow buyers to cancel without approval. You can choose how and when these orders sync to Shopify:
Sync after 20 minutes (Recommended):
Waits until the Temu hold period ends before syncing.
Prevents cancelled orders from reaching Shopify.
Ensures full customer and shipping details are included.
Sync immediately:
Sends orders to Shopify right after purchase.
Customer and shipping details update later.
Reserve inventory now and sync after 20 minutes:
Reserves stock in Shopify immediately after the order is placed.
Syncs full order details to Shopify after 20 minutes.
Helps avoid overselling.
To ensure smoother fulfillment, you can map your Shopify shipping carriers with Temu’s carriers. This helps maintain consistent tracking and delivery data between platforms.
Select a Shopify carrier from the dropdown.
Match it with the corresponding Temu carrier.
Click + Add Shipping Carrier to map more carriers as needed.
Once all mappings are done, click Save to apply the changes.
