Settings Section of the App
The Settings section is your command centre for customizing how the app integrates your Shopify store, the app itself, and your eBay listings. Here, you can configure settings for product and order management, as well as set up your product import preferences. This ensures a smooth and efficient workflow across all platforms.
Product Settings
The Product Settings section is divided into two main parts for easier navigation and usability:
- Shopify to App
- App to eBay
Shopify to App:
This setting allows you to control how product data syncs from Shopify to the app. You can manage how product information is transferred to ensure everything is up-to-date in the app.
App to eBay:
This setting controls how product data syncs from the app to eBay. If you use multiple accounts, you can select the specific account for which you want to enable these configurations.
Order Settings
The Order Settings section enables you to manage order data seamlessly between eBay, Shopify, and the app. This includes taxes collected by eBay in the final price on the app and Shopify, VAT details in the price breakdown for products on eBay when creating orders on Shopify, inventory behaviour, managing shipment details syncing from Shopify to eBay, and more.
Product Import Settings
The Product Import Settings allow you to manage how products are imported into the app from Shopify. These settings are crucial for automating product creation and ensuring that only the desired products are imported. The major settings that can be controlled here are Import by Filters, Import by Collection, and Import and Replace Products. It is important to note that if none of the options are checked, no products will be imported automatically.
