Staff Management
Efficiently manage user roles within your CedCommerce Amazon Channel App using the Staff Management feature. This functionality enables admins to approve or reject staff access requests, ensuring secure and controlled account management.
Staff Request Submission:
A user can send a staff management request to the admin for approval.
The request will appear under the Pending tab in the Staff Management section.
Admin Review & Approval:
The admin can review pending staff access requests.
If approved, the staff member gains access, and the request moves to the Approved tab.
If rejected, the request is moved to the Rejected tab.
Managing Approved Staff:
Approved staff members are listed in the Approved tab along with their email ID, status, and approval date.
Admins can remove a staff member if necessary by clicking the delete icon in the Action column.
This feature ensures secure user access while allowing flexibility in managing team members efficiently.
