Onboarding Steps

Onboarding Steps

he first onboarding step is to connect the app with your Etsy Shop. Note that this step will be a little different for those merchants who have not yet completed setting up their Etsy Shop (in other words, if their Etsy Shop is not live).

Step #1. Connect the App With your Etsy Shop

If your Etsy shop is not yet live, you can click on Create Your Store and follow the process of creating an Etsy Shop. Then click on Connect Etsy Account to proceed.
But, if your Etsy shop is already set up and live, you can directly click on Connect Etsy Account.

When you click ‘Connect with Etsy,’ you’ll be redirected to the Etsy website to log in to your Etsy account. If you’re already logged in, you’ll see the Authorize Application page, where Etsy will detail the permissions our app will receive once you grant authorization.

Step #1.2. Grant Access to the app

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Grant access‘ to allow the app to manage your shop on your behalf.

With this, the app and your Etsy Shop are now connected.

Step #2. Choose a Pricing Plan

Selecting the Right Subscription Plan for Your Business

Choose the subscription plan that best suits your business needs. Each plan offers distinct features and support levels to help you achieve your eCommerce goals. Carefully review the options and make your selection to activate your plan and proceed to the next step.

Annual Plan – Save More and Plan Ahead

For sellers focused on maximizing savings and ensuring seamless access to all app features, the annual plan is an excellent choice. By toggling to the “Yearly” option, you can view and select this plan. The annual subscription offers a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan, helping you save more over time while maintaining uninterrupted service throughout the year. This is perfect for businesses looking for long-term stability and cost-effectiveness.

Monthly Plan – Flexible and Convenient

If flexibility is your priority, the monthly plan provides a convenient, pay-as-you-go solution. Ideal for businesses experiencing seasonal changes or those who want to evaluate business impact before committing longer term, this option allows you to adapt as your needs evolve. With the monthly plan, you can upgrade, switch, or cancel at any time without a long-term commitment.

Seamless Payment Through Shopify

All subscription payments are processed directly through Shopify, ensuring a secure and hassle-free transaction experience. Select your preferred plan, confirm your choice, and Shopify will handle the billing automatically.

Step #3. Settings

After successfully connecting the app to your Etsy shop and choosing a pricing plan, it's time to configure your settings for optimal product and order management. Here's how to manage each setting effectively:

Etsy Shop Status

This setting controls the status of your products on Etsy.

  • Draft: Use this mode for testing products or if your Etsy onboarding is incomplete (e.g., missing payment details).
