By default, only orders for products you've linked between Shopify and Amazon are synced. Turn this on to also sync Amazon orders for products that aren't yet linked in the app.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Order Settings → Order.
2. Find Sync Amazon orders for not-linked products.
3. Toggle it on.
4. Save.

Note

In Shopify, when orders are created for not-linked products, the order line items will sync with the Amazon title and SKU.
