When an order is cancelled on Amazon, you want the matching Shopify order to reflect that cancellation automatically — no manual updates. Turn this on so cancellations sync from Amazon to Shopify in real time.
Steps
Go to Settings → Order Settings → Cancelation and Refund.
Toggle the master Cancellation and Refund card on if it isn't already.
Find Sync cancelled orders on Shopify and toggle it on.
