Sync cancelled Amazon orders to Shopify

When an order is cancelled on Amazon, you want the matching Shopify order to reflect that cancellation automatically — no manual updates. Turn this on so cancellations sync from Amazon to Shopify in real time.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Order Settings → Cancelation and Refund.
  2. Toggle the master Cancellation and Refund card on if it isn't already.
  3. Find Sync cancelled orders on Shopify and toggle it on.
  4. Save.
