Sync Item Tax to Shopify

Sync Item Tax to Shopify

Item tax is the tax Amazon applies to the price of each item sold. In most cases, Amazon calculates, collects, and remits this tax on the seller's behalf — based on the buyer's location — so sellers don't need to handle it manually. Turn this on to sync that item tax from Amazon to the matching Shopify order, so your Shopify totals reflect the same tax breakdown.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Order Settings → Order.
  2. Find Sync Item Tax to Shopify.
  3. Toggle it on.
  4. Save.
