Sync only shipments that have valid Tracking Company and Tracking Number

Amazon strongly recommends shipping orders with accurate tracking details — missing or invalid tracking can hurt your Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) score, a critical seller metric. Turn these two toggles on so the app only syncs shipments to Amazon when Shopify has provided both a tracking company and a tracking number.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Order Settings → Shipment.
  2. Under Tracking Details, toggle on:
    • Tracking Company — sync only when Shopify provides a tracking carrier.
    • Tracking Number — sync only when Shopify provides a tracking number.
  3. Save.

Note

If a shipment is missing either value in Shopify, the sync to Amazon is skipped — preventing the order from counting against your VTR score until tracking is added.
