Sync Shopify refunds to Amazon
When you issue a refund on Shopify, you want that refund pushed to Amazon automatically — so Amazon's records and your seller metrics stay in sync. Turn this on to send Shopify refunds to Amazon as soon as they're issued.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Order Settings → Cancelation and Refund.
- Find Refunded orders and toggle it on.
- Save.
