Need help in syncing VAT details in your order to Shopify?

Tax details are synced only if the VAT Calculation Service (VCS) is enabled in Amazon Seller Central. This configuration is mandatory for EU regions only.

Enable VCS in Seller Central

  1. Go to Seller Central.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Tax Settings.
  3. Enable VCS (VAT Calculation Service) — EU regions only.

If VCS is not enabled, tax details will not sync to the app.

Notes

  • Also enable Settings → Order Settings → Order → Sync Item Tax to Shopify in the app — this is what syncs item taxes from Amazon to Shopify.
  • We do not sync VAT numbers.
