Understanding the Order Section

CedCommerce TikTok Shop app aims to enhance the selling experience for sellers. With this app, sellers can manage TikTok Shop and PrestaShop stores from a centralized place to scale their business. It helps save time and effort by automating product and order management.

The end-to-end process of order syncing is automated. Whenever you receive an order on TikTok Shop, you can fetch the order in the app, and it will be created on PrestaShop after matching the SKU. So you don’t have to worry about going back and forth on multiple apps to receive and manage your orders; you can do it all on a single app.

Order Page Section: 

  1. Total Orders: All the number of orders uploaded on TikTok Shop will be visible in this section. 

  2. Awaiting Shipment: When an order is received on TikTok Shop and created on the PrestaShop store, it shows an “Awaiting Shipment” status, meaning no shipping carrier has been allotted yet.

  3. Partially Shipping: You can enable this option to allow partial order syncing between your PrestaShop store and TikTok Shop. Orders that can be fulfilled partially due to one or the other reasons will be displayed to the customers as being partially shipped, one at a time. Enabling this option will display the partial shipment information to the customers on TikTok. To learn more about this, click here.

  4. Delivered: Orders that have been successfully delivered at the destination by the carrier are reflected under this section. 

  5. Completed: Once an order is delivered successfully and no return or refund request is raised by the buyer, the status will auto-update to “Completed” within 14 days from the delivery date.

  6. Cancelled: The order placed by a buyer can be cancelled by you or the buyer via the app by providing a proper reason. The status of the same will be updated on TikTok Shop. 


Fetch Order: 

You can fetch TikTok Shop orders in the app and manage them centrally. To find any new order placed on TikTok Shop, click on “Fetch Order.” Within a few minutes, any new order placed will be reflected in the app and on the PrestaShop store. 

Order List: 

  1. TTS order ID
  2. PrestaShop Order ID
  3. Customer Name: The name of the customer who has placed the order on TikTok will be reflected in this section. 
  4. Created At TikTok 
  5. Order Status: It will reflect the information about the status of the orders, as mentioned above. 
  6. Price
  7. Quantity: It will show all the products of a specific TikTok and PrestaShop order ID.
  8. Fulfillment By: This will reflect the fulfillment options selected by you during configuration.
  9. Order Type: Using this option, you can filter specific orders, like sample orders, for easy access and management.
